PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
A Taste of Decadence by Louise requires a 50% non-refundable booking fee to confirm your order and secure the delivery or collection date.
Payment of the booking fee must be made within two weeks of receiving your invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Revolut, Wise, MB Way, or cash.
The remaining balance is due one (1) month prior to delivery or collection, at which point all design details must be finalised. Changes to the agreed design may incur additional charges.
Orders placed less than one (1) month before the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The final balance stated on your invoice must be settled no later than one (1) month prior to the delivery or collection date. Early payment is welcomed.
Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your order. A reminder may be sent; if payment is still not received, the order will be considered cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.
By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined here.
POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
The 50% booking fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, due to potential loss of business from turning away other bookings.
Postponements are subject to a €75 administration fee for each date change.
Cancellations made less than one (1) month prior to the event will be charged in full.
Cancellations made more than one (1) month in advance will be refunded any payments made, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

COLOURS AND DESIGN
A Taste of Decadence by Louise will always aim to match colour requests as closely as possible, but exact Pantone matches cannot be guaranteed, as colours can appear differently depending on the medium.
Images or inspiration provided by the Client (e.g. from the internet) can be customised, but the final result will depend on the clarity and accuracy of the information provided. All bespoke designs and any amendments are approved by the Client during the consultation process, using written descriptions and/or sketches to outline what will be delivered.

Client sketches and inspiration images are presented as visual representations only. The final product may vary slightly due to creative interpretation or structural requirements, but will always maintain the integrity of the intended design.

NON-EDIBLE ITEMS
Most cakes contain small amounts of non-edible items. It is the responsibility of the Client and/or caterer to ensure these are removed before serving. This includes, but is not limited to: sugar flowers, internal support dowels, ribbons, artificial flowers, crystal/rhinestone appliqués, and cake toppers.
Sugar flowers are crafted from edible materials but are not intended for consumption. They often contain wires for structure and may include styrofoam centres to help shape the flowers. Do not eat any decorative elements.
